Glassware Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your gift and you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to refund your money. We will (cheerfully) replace it with another selection of equal value or refund the original cost of purchase (less shipping costs). Just repack the gift in its original packaging and follow these steps:

1. Contact us email or by calling 772.480.1414 for a Return Authorization.



2. Use the following return shipping address:

3. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date.
   
   
4. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit.
   
   
5. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, artful jones will provide a prepaid USPS return label to return the broken piece. A replacement piece will then be sent to the customer. If for any reason the piece cannot be replaced, the customer should return all of the items in the original packaging and at their request will either receive a refund or a new set of items of equal. If an item of lesser value is preferred, the difference will be refunded.
